Galaxy Tab S5e and Tab Active Pro receiving September 2020 security update

Samsung has pushed the latest security patches to the Galaxy Tab S5e and Tab Active Pro tablets. The latest software update brings September 2020 security patch. This update is currently available in Galaxy Tab Active Pro LTE in Australia and Mexico. On the other hand Galaxy Tab S5e’s update available in Colombia, Chile, and Trinidad and Tobago. It should soon be available in other regions.

The software version of this update is T545XXU2BTG3 and T720XXS1BTI3 for the Galaxy Tab S5e Wi-Fi only and Tab Active Pro of LTE variant respectively. The latest software update doesn’t bring any new features other than the improved security patch 2020, but the latter is intended to fix 15 vulnerabilities in Samsung software and more than 90 vulnerabilities affecting the Android OS.
