China Compulsory Certificate (3C) certificate has published a new certificate for a new Samsung smartphone with model SM-G9910 and revealed its charging capacity.

According to the certificate, the SM-G9910 has a charging capacity up to 25W (11VDC, 2.25A), which is similar to the Galaxy S20. The charger has model EP-TA800 and supports backward charging compatibility at 18W (9VDC, 2.77A) and 15W (5VDC, 3A).

Previously, the SM-G991 received a 3C certificate with a battery capacity of 3880mAh (4000mAh typical) and found as Galaxy S21 (standard). On the other hand, the SM-G996 features a 4660mAh battery and identified as Galaxy S21+.

The higher Galaxy S21 Ultra is likely to feature an even bigger battery and with a 65W SuperFast charging but we’ll have to wait to find out more on this matter.

A report from Korea mentioned that Samsung may be moving ahead to launch Galaxy S21 this year and the company will start the mass production of this upcoming flagship by November 2020. The official launch date is yet to be announced.
