Galaxy S20 FE touchscreen issues may fix soon, Samsung is working on a new update

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE comes with outstanding hardware and software. The South Korean tech giant launched it as a ‘fan edition’ of its previous Galaxy S20 flagship series.

In previous reports, some users of Galaxy S20 Fan Edition phones reported about issues regarding their phone’s touchscreen. Now, it seems like Samsung acknowledged this issue and started working on a new update for Galaxy S20 FE devices. It is expected that the upcoming update may definitely fix the touchscreen issues.

We are aware of this occurring with some devices and we are currently working on an update which will resolve the issue.

Please ensure that your devices software is kept up to date.” confirm Samsung

Early buyers of the device have started to report the phone’s touch screen storage problems on many platforms. The users of Galaxy S20 FE claimed that the display of the phone behaves abnormally. It either fails to respond to clicks, or understand swipes as clicks, or read clicks as swipes.
