Galaxy S21 Ultra’s top specs likely to remain same as S20 Ultra, suggests a leak
Samsung Galaxy S21 series likely to launch in January 2020, consisting of three models, Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra. CAD renders of these phones have revealed quite of pre-launch information about their design structure but there’s a lot more learn about their hardware specs.
In this chain of leaks and renders, a new leak has emerged regarding the Galaxy S21 Ultra from 91Mobiles, which reveals that the phone will feature a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and 120Hz screen refresh rate.

The phone will run One UI 3 based on Android 11. Its rear camera setup includes a 108MP main camera and a 40MP camera is placed on the front side. Similar to the last year’s Galaxy S20 Ultra, the S21 Ultra will also feature a 5000mAh battery.
The previous leak on Galaxy S21 Ultra expands at 75.6mm x 165.1mm x 8.9mm. It’ll have a big camera bump on the rear side with a new design and sleek design aesthetics.
The specs mentioned above such as the display and the camera are quite similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. We hope that Samsung may bring some new features with the Galaxy S21 Ultra that is truly different than its predecessor.
