With iPhone 12 Apple did not include any charging adapter or AirPods in the box and now it seems that Samsung is also planning for something like this in its upcoming smartphone. According to the latest news, Samsung may not ship any charger and earphones along with the Galaxy S21 which is rumored to be launch next year.

With iPhone 12, Apple stopped giving a charging adapter pre-packed inside the retail box and it seems like Samsung is also planning to do something similar to its upcoming, Galaxy S21 series.

According to a report coming from South Korean media, Samsung is likely to remove both the charger and the earphones from the retail box of Samsung Galaxy S21. Meanwhile, some insiders believe that the company could only remove the earphones from the box and will include the chargers.

Currently, the company includes a 25W charging adapter with the smartphone, and customers have to buy a charger separately if they want to use a 45W charger for the supported device.

In the US, the customers do not get AKG USB-C earphones with the Galaxy S20 series. Although they can get them for free from the customer service but not all the customers do that and some of them are not even aware of this scheme.

Currently, there’s no official confirmation made on this matter. While the company is looking forward to increasing its sale for the chargers and also pull the customers to buy Galaxy Buds wireless.
