Some users facing no sound issue while using Bluetooth on One UI 3.0 beta

Samsung Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series users in the U.S., South Korea, India, Poland, and the U.K., already experiencing Android 11 based One UI 3.0 beta version. Just recently, the company started the One UI 3.0 beta program for the Galaxy S20 series in China.

Just like any other beta testing, users of Galaxy Note 20 series, who participated in the One UI 3.0 beta program, now facing no sound issue when the Bluetooth is connected. So, there’s no sound while watching YouTube videos or playing games. However, the sound plays, while connected with a wired headphone.

This is a major problem that comes to light and Samsung quickly acknowledged and advised users to report and error so that the company analyzes the cause and fix it in the upcoming update. You can report on Samsung Members by following the steps given below.

As soon as the symptom occurs (within 2-3 minutes), please report an error at Members.
