Some Galaxy Note 20 series users facing wireless charging issue, this could be the reason

Recently, some Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra users reported facing an issue with the wireless charging, adding to this, a Galaxy Note 20 user told his concern to the company. Samsung answered that the company has sent these issues to its research team. According to the user, the company replied that the research team confirmed that the wireless charging damage is caused by abnormal operation of a third party wireless charger that does not comply with the Samsung high-speed wireless charging standard.
For the charging interruption issue, the company clarified that this error occurs because of command is not received from other third-party wireless chargers. Samsung also recommended using a wireless charger only for vehicles certified as Samsung high-speed wireless charging standard. If you attach a normal wireless charger then the charging is not disconnected from the wireless charger, and the normal charging is maintained.
