Firstly we will go through the ADB method. For this method, you will require a PC, a USB cable to connect the device to the PC, and the device.
ADB method:
Start by downloading the SDK platform tool on your desktop which is available on the Android studio. You can download it from the link given below.
Now follow these steps given below:
- Extract the file on your desktop
- Place the update.zip file inside the extracted folder
- Now open the command prompt you can do that by holding the left shift, right-click the mouse and then select ‘open command prompt here’.
- The command prompt will open
Now set up your device, to do this:
- Shut down the phone
- Enter into recovery mode by holding the Power+volume up buttons.
- Select the ‘update via ADB’ recovery mode (To scroll up or down press the volume up and volume down button and to select the option press the power button).
- Now connect the phone to the PC using the Samsung USC cable.
- Now go to the command prompt enter the following command: ‘./adb devices’.
- Wait for some time and you will discover that the process is started and your device is found.
- After your device is recognized run the following command: ‘./adb sideload update.zip’
The final process will now start and you will see the percentage on your screen. The process may take some time, do not remove the cable, disconnect your phone, or power off your PC.
After the completion of the process, the phone will automatically reboot and then you can disconnect your phone.
SD-card method:
This is the second method after the ADB method. If you are not able to update your device using the previous ADB method you can try this method, it is simpler.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Download the bin file and rename it as update.zip.
- You can rename the file by going through the file option in the windows 10 on your PC.
- Then copy the file to the file directory of your SD-card
Now, set up your device, to do this:
- Hold the Power+Volume up button of your device to go to the stock recovery mode.
- Now go to the ‘update via SD-card’ option
- To do this use the volume up and volume down buttons for navigating between the option and power button to select the option.
- Then select the update.zip file by using the volume buttons and select the file using the power button
- After you press the power button the process will start.
- Now, wait until the process completes. It will take some time
- After the process completes the phone will automatically reboot.
Note:
- For now, after installing the beta update it isn’t possible to reboot into recovery via the Volume UP + power button.
- You will have to use ADB for that: “./adb reboot recovery”
- For reboot to Download mode use the following command: “./adb reboot download”
- Installing via this way shouldn’t trigger the KNOX warranty void.
- However: updating to Beta is your own choice, no one is responsible if anything goes wrong
How to capture
1. Load canary
2. Start the update download but don’t pause it.
3. Go back to canary and start that and it will grab the link.
NOTE:
- After installing the update, CLEAR your cache by going into recovery (VolUP – Power)
- If you’re NOT officially registered via Samsung Members, you won’t receive OTA: you’ll have to update every time MANUALLY with the above method!
- The update.zip files are for Multi-CSC OXM only (so NOT for the South American countries which have Multi-CSC OWO or Multi-CSC OXB)

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE and Z Flip 7 could pack Exynos 2400e and Exynos 2500
Samsung could pack the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Z Flip 7 with Exynos processors. The company could launch its first affordable foldable phone next year. The device could get a different camera and processor from the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Leaker Jukanlosreve revealed that Samsung could use the Exynos 2400e in the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Exynos 2500 in the Galaxy Z Flip 7. The former Exynos variant powers the Galaxy S24 FE, while the Exynos 2500 is an upcoming product.
Samsung previously intended to use Exynos 2500 in the Galaxy S25 series. However, the chip has a major performance difference from its Snapdragon counterpart. This led the company to solely rely on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for the S25 series.
Exynos 2500 is being manufactured using Samsung Foundry’s 3nm process node. The yield rate is quite low (around 20%), which is far from the production threshold. However, Samsung chose the path to produce the chip at such a low yield rate.
Exynos 2400 has proven to be a decent chip with no frustrating flaws. The Exynos 2400e could be used in the Z Flip FE. The “e” model could be made using IPoP (Integrated Package on Package) tech, which is cheaper than the standard method.
Recently, a Korean media outlet reported that Samsung Foundry has started mass production of a 3nm Exynos 2500 chip. It was initially intended to be used in the S25 and S25 Plus, but issues pushed it towards the second-half debut in the Z Flip 7.

New York became the first US state to bring retail consumer rebates for appliances under the Inflation Reduction Act. Applauding the move, Samsung launched a huge energy-saving opportunity for the residents of New York.
Samsung started offering up-front discounts to consumers statewide through New York’s IRA HEAR program. Consumers can now access IRA’s Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) program.
IRA HEAR rebate program advantages
- Save up to $840 on Samsung’s innovative ENERGY STAR products, including laundry appliances like heat pump dryers and all-in-one combo washers + heat pump dryers.

Samsung said this is just the beginning of its rebates journey in New York. The company looks forward to working with partners to expand these retail rebates to more products and in more states across the United States.
Pay attention, the IRA provides rebates and tax credits to households across America. New York is leading the way in providing direct retail point-of-sale appliance rebates, supporting an affordable clean energy transition.
Inflation Reduction Act
Signed in August 2022, the Inflation Reduction Act is the single largest investment in climate and energy in American history.
It provides home appliance rebates for discounts on electric energy-efficient appliances like Induction cooktops, ranges, and heat pump laundry appliances.
