U.S. Unlocked Galaxy S20 FE gets touchscreen firmware update to improve the touchscreen experience

We are well-known for the issues with the touchscreen of the Galaxy S20 FE devices including screen input, delay in response time, and more. Adding to this, Samsung has already conceded the errors and rolled out firmware updates for this device so that the errors will be fixed.

Just recently, T-Mobile has also sent a fix update for Galaxy S20 FE and now unlocked variants in the U.S. receiving a new touchscreen firmware that will improve the touchscreen experience and solve the problems.

It comes with build number G781U1UEU1ATJ5 with a package size of around 290MB. Other than the display issues fix, this update also brings the October 2020 security patch for better device security against the CVEs.

If you want to check for the update manually, just head into the device Settings, select the Software update menu, and tap on the Download and install option.
