In contrast, these users are unable to download anything from Google Play using mobile data and also the YouTube app is working very slow to watch any video.

Other than these apps every other website and online videos are working very smoothly. It seems that the new update brought some new bugs for the Google applications with it.

A user posted about the issue on the forum tried many solutions including uninstalling the app updates, clearing cache, clearing data, clearing app cache, and even factory resetting the device but couldn’t find any solution to this issue.

As of now, Samsung did not say anything as to why this is happening and what users can do to resolve this issue. If you are also facing this problem on your Galaxy Note 20 Ultra then let us know in the comments below.

It appears to be a serious bug for the Note 20 Ultra users as Google Play and YouTube are the most used applications for any android user.
