T-Mobile rolling out November 2020 security update for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series

T-Mobile has begun sending a new software update for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series smartphones in the US. It comes with the latest November 2020 security patch for better device security.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS:

  • Galaxy Note 10 – N970USQS5DTJ8
  • Galaxy Note 10+ – N975USQS5DTJ8
  • Galaxy Note 10+ 5G – N976USQS4CTK1

Other than the latest security patch, this update doesn’t bring any new features or improvements to its software system.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series smartphone users from South Korea and UK have started experiencing the Android 11 based One UI 3.0 beta. The One UI 3.0 public beta program will soon be available in the United States and other eligible smartphone markets.

Adding to this, some Galaxy Note 10 owners have reported that they are facing critical battery drain and phone heating issues after the first One UI 3.0 beta update. It is expected that the company will fix this severe error in the coming OTA.
