One UI 3.0 beta testers are unable to raise feedback and bug reports via Samsung Members app

Samsung Galaxy S20, Note 20 series devices already started experiencing the Android 11 based One UI 3.0 beta program in several countries including the US, South Korea, India, Germany, Poland, and UK. Moving to this the company expanded the One UI 3.0 beta program for the older flagships like Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series.

The Galaxy Note 10 series smartphone owners also received the first One UI 3.0 beta build in South Korea and UK. It will soon be available for other eligible smartphone markets.

Like any other beta testing, the One UI 3.0 beta also having some bugs and issues. According to the latest information, the Galaxy S20 series owners are facing issues with the Samsung Members application.

Multiple users reporting that the Samsung Members app can’t allow you to send feedback and bug reports. When the users click on Feedback or Community links the application prompts that “you’ve not enrolled in the beta program”.
