Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 receiving a surprising software update
Samsung continuously declaring itself as the best ever software updates provider. The company is also known for supporting impressive software services not for only flagships but also for mid-range as well as budget smartphones that have already completed their update tier.
Adding to this story, 2016’s Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 is now receiving a new software update. According to the information, it comes with a build version A510SKSS2CTJ1 for the carrier-locked Galaxy A5 2016 devices in South Korea with a package size of just 11.04MB. The update is also expanding to other markets.
However, the changelog of this update only mentions security improvements but the Android security patch still dated for August 2019, while there aren’t any changes made to the Android version either.
Just recently, the Galaxy Note 5 also collected a new firmware update with an older security patch level. Moreover, earlier this month, Samsung gave a new software update to Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, and S6 Edge+ with the same security improvements.
Good Work Samsung…
