As Samsung is rolling out updates for its new tablets, the company is also conscious of its older models. The Korean tech giant is now surprisingly releasing a new update for its 2016 tablet, the Galaxy Tab A 2016. This update comes after more than one year as Tab A received the last update in March 2019.

This new firmware update doesn’t bring anything new features to the tab and is limited to security improvements for a better user experience. It installs March 2019 security patch to the Galaxy Tab A devices for improved system security and device stability.
