Meanwhile, the carrier-locked Galaxy S20 series smartphones are collecting a new firmware update in the US. This update installs the latest security patch and some improvements.

Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra devices locked on Sprint receiving the latest November 2020 security patch. The recent firmware identified with build versions: G981USQS1BTK2, G986USQS1BTK2, and G988USQS1BTK2 for the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra respectively.

After installing the November 2020 security patch, your device’s security level will be increased to stay secure against the threats and CVEs found in the security bulletin of November 2020.

Yesterday, T-Mobile carrier has also rolled out November 2020 security update for its locked Galaxy S20 series smartphones.
