November 2020 security patch hits Samsung Galaxy A7 2018

Samsung is now providing the latest security improvements for more of its older Galaxy smartphones. Likewise, the November 2020 security patch is rolling out for the Galaxy A7 2018 devices.

With this new update, the Galaxy A7 2018 phones get improved security to stay protected against the threats and CVEs found in the security bulletin of November 2020. Additionally, there are also some optimizations made in the camera for a better user experience.

These new security improvements for the Galaxy A7 2018 can be identified with the software version A750FXXU5CTK1. As mentioned in the changelog there are no new features added to the device apart from the latest security.

To check for the updates on your Galaxy device scroll down the notification panel and tap on the Settings icon, then choose the Software Updates option and tap on Download and install.
