Samsung Galaxy Note 20 users reported bad sound quality in playing media and video calling
At the Unpacked event in August 2020, Samsung unveiled two new flagship smartphones – Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. Both of the latest smartphones of the Galaxy Note series comes with powerful hardware and software capabilities.
Their big screens are made to provide full enjoyment with social media, streaming videos, playing audio, and whatever you want. With its next-gen 5G connectivity, you can talk face to face to your beloved contacts and family members with the clearest video calling.
Despite these impressive qualities, some of the Galaxy Note 20 device buyers reporting on the company’s forum about its bad sound quality. According to their concerns, they are facing background noise from the speaker of the device while calling via social media platforms like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

Following the reports, another affected user raised complaint that he is constantly hearing a background noise while video calling via WhatsApp even also in streaming videos on YouTube.
They have also tried to check the problem is only regarding the speaker or it’s an issue caused by software. After connecting Bluetooth headsets the things are the same, they can still hear the irritating extra noise. Surely, it clears that this is an issue caused by software.
Still, Samsung or its staff member didn’t reply to the reports and complaints of the users. Arriving these types of severe issues in the high-end price smartphones can surely affect the reputation of the company.
