After the announcement of the Android 11, Samsung started the beta testing program for One UI 3.0 with the Galaxy S20 series in October 2020 within limited markets and allowed users to participate and feedback to improve its software ecosystem.

Moving forward, today Samsung marked the official release of One UI 3.0, the latest One UI upgrade to select Galaxy devices. This latest version of One UI is based on Android 11 brings exciting new design, enhanced features, and deep customization for a better user experience.

From this day forward, Samsung has initiated the rollout of One UI 3.0 for the Galaxy S20 series users around the globe and it’ll expand to even more devices in the coming months.

The One UI 3.0 brings new changes in the user interface of the lock screen, home screen, notifications, and quick panel. It enhances the user experience to help them focus on what matters most. Once you update to One UI 3.0, you will get a smoother experience while using your device.

This latest OS is focused to make your life simpler than before by providing you all the necessary information on your lock screen itself. You can access information such as music controls, calendar, events, and routines without unlocking the smartphone.

Despite the new changes, this latest version of One UI also improves the performance of certain features. The camera gets new improvements in the AI-based zoom on photos, improved auto-focus, and auto-exposure to help you capture great shots.

The One UI 3.0 also offers many customizations so that you can set your smartphone according to your preferences. You can arrange the quick panel with simple swipe and taps, pin your most commonly used chats for quicker access, further customize your home screen widgets, and many other options.

Alongside the One UI 3.0, with this feature, you’ll quickly find impressive content such as games, the latest news, quick launching games, or the Samsung TV experience.

After the Galaxy S20 series, many other eligible Galaxy devices will also join the One UI 3.0 update including the Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Z Flip, Note 10, and Galaxy S10. The One UI 3.0 update will also expand to the A-series and M-series smartphones in the first half of 2021.
