According to a recently shared timeline, Samsung will release an Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra in December 2020 for global users.

Samsung has now started rolling out the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 to the Galaxy S20 series. However, it is currently only available in the US for the Verizon carrier, locked users.

It should soon be available for all the variants of the Galaxy S20 series – locked, unlocked, 4G, and 5G.
