According to the latest information, a Galaxy A50 user reached Samsung Support via a social media platform to know when will his device receive the One UI 2.5 update. Following this query, Samsung Support replied user that they haven’t any information about the announcement of releasing the One UI 2.5 update for Galaxy A50 phones.

Not that all, the rep. further claimed that the Galaxy Note 10+ device already received the One UI 2.5 update so it is possible that some mid-range devices (Galaxy A50) will also get it.

As reported previously, Samsung Support rep. proved itself half-knowledged by mispresenting false hope for the One UI 3.0/Android 11 updates to the Galaxy S9 and Note 9 users, and this time also, the support rep. replied the Galaxy A50 user with a surprising reason to get One UI 2.5 update.

Samsung launched the Galaxy A50 phone at a mid-range price tag which comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie out of the box. However, this device has received the One UI 2.0/Android 10 upgrade nearly five-month ago and eligible to earn the latest features with the One UI 2.5 update. While the other budget smartphones like the Galaxy M21 and Galaxy M31 has recently got the One UI 2.5 via OTA.
