Galaxy A32 is official: Samsung’s cheapest 5G phone to date

Samsung has launched the Galaxy S32 ahead of the upcoming Galaxy S21 series. This affordable device is the company’s cheapest 5G-enabled mobile phone.

It equipped with a 6.5-inch TFT LCD panel with HD+ resolution. It includes a waterdrop notch that holds a 13-megapixel selfie camera, but the display’s refresh rate is 60Hz.

The Galaxy A32 5G supports the Dimensity 720 chipset. The company mentions an “octa-core processor”, clocked at 2.0GHz in its marketing materials. It comes with 4, 6, and 8 GB RAM options. Storage is expandable, but the benchmark for all models is 64GB or 128GB. The four-camera setup includes a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro camera, and a 5-megapixel deep sensor.

It is a medium device that can be loaded with a large capacity battery of 5,000mAh and supports fast-charging up to 15W via USB-C. The side has a capacitive fingerprint scanner, but Samsung has not confirmed whether the Galaxy A32 5G includes a 3.5mm headphone port.

You can choose the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G in black, white, blue, and purple, and at the current exchange rate, the price is only 280 euros (about $340).

Samsung has not confirmed whether the device will be sold outside the European market.
