Just recently, Samsung launched the Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G, and Galaxy A72 that come with some flagship features but it is now old news. Let’s start talking about an upcoming innovation of the company that will be called the Galaxy A82 5G.

A couple of months ago, reports suggested that the Korean tech giant is working to introduce a successor of its older smartphone that features a full view display and rotating pop-up camera, the Galaxy A80, which was launched back in 2019.

Now, according to the info, the Samsung Galaxy A82 may be equipped with a 64MP IMX686 camera sensor supplied by Sony instead of its own ISOCELL GW1. The Japanese tech giant introduced this camera sensor back in 2019 that has already implemented in several handsets from Xiaomi, Huawei, Meizu, etc.

However, the camera specifications and design still remain a mystery and it is early to confirm whether the Galaxy A82 will have a camera sensor from Sony or not. Previously, the alleged Galaxy A82 5G with Snapdragon 855+ processor has been spotted on Geekbench.

Aside from this, the upcoming Galaxy A82 5G spotted on Google’s support documents that ensure its compatibility with “Google Play Services for AR”. Moreover, the Bluetooth certification revealed that it supports Bluetooth 5.0 with LE (Low Energy) compatibility.

Lastly, Samsung has not announced anything about the Galaxy A82 5G smartphone and its launch schedule but we can expect that it will be unveiled in the coming months alongside the Galaxy A22 5G.
