Samsung delivering various Galaxy devices via drones within 3 minutes

Samsung always brings meaningful innovations to its consumers as it has recently become the first technology company in Ireland to deliver its products via drone delivery. The company committed to delivering the customer’s order in just three minutes after leaving the dispatch center.

To make it possible, Samsung partnered with “Manna Drone Delivery” to avail drone delivery for the customers in Ireland when purchasing various Galaxy devices including the Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Tab S7, Galaxy Watch 3, and Galaxy A52/A72 through Samsung.com/ie.

This new innovative service will promote an end-to-end contactless experience for Samsung customers from their initial online order through the company’s Irish eStore. However, the drone delivery service will first be made available to customers based in Oranmore with Samsung and Manna keen to expand this service nationwide in the future.

According to Samsung, Manna uses custom-developed aerospace-grade drones to deliver products directly to customer’s homes. The drones fly at an altitude of 50-80 meters with a speed of over 60kph to deliver products to the consumers of Oranmore within 3 minutes.

From March 23, 2021, the drone delivery option will be available to Oranmore-based customers while purchasing one of the above-mentioned devices via Samsung.com/ie.
