Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e Android 11 One UI 3.1 update rollout begins!
Launched back in 2019, Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e came with Android 9-based One UI 1.x out of the box. Further, the company rolled out back-to-back two major software updates including the One UI 2.1 and One UI 2.5 based on Android 10.
Now, as per the latest information, the Galaxy Tab S5e users started receiving the last major Android OS upgrade in the form of Android 11. Along with the Android 11, this firmware also includes the One UI 3.1 features.
However, this update is currently rolling out in select territories including UK and Russia, which bears a release number of T725XXU2DUD1. This update brings a number of new features and major system optimizations as well as security enhancements with the April 2021 security patch.

With the Android 11 update, the Galaxy Tab S5e owners are getting a package of new features such as Chat Bubbles that help you to focus on your current work, one-time permissions to apps, pin conversations, security improvements, notification history, better privacy controls, built-in screen recorder, and much more.
One UI 3.0
The One UI 3.0 update lets Galaxy users experience a totally modified user interface as well as revamped Home screen, Quick panel, App drawer, Lock screen, and Settings menu. Aside from this, the One UI 3.1 version comes with a series of new and iconic features including Eye Comfort Shield, Object Eraser, Private Share, Samsung Free, Google Duo integration with stock dialer app, buds Auto Switching, ability to remove location data before sharing, and more for select Galaxies. HOW TO CHECK FOR UPDATES:
- Open device’s Settings
- Scroll down and select Software updates
- Tap on the Download and install option.
