WhatsApp will soon let users listen to voice messages before sending

Recently, WhatsApp started sending a new beta update for the Android application, which brings an additional feature that allows users to listen to voice messages at different playback speeds.

Now, it looks like that the Facebook-owned company has started working on another feature for voice messages, which is most anticipated for a long time. According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp could soon add new functionality that lets users review voice messages.

However, this new feature is currently under development and it’s expected that WhatsApp will add the new Review button with future updates. Using the Review toggle, you can easily listen to the voice messages before sending them. Presently, you can only record the voice and able to decide if you want to send or discard it.

It’s worth mentioning that WhatsApp already offers a similar feature to review voice messages, but the way to use this functionality is a bit difficult like switching to a different section before sending the voice message.
