At the first Galaxy Unpacked event of this year, Samsung introduced its latest wireless earbuds called the Galaxy Buds Pro alongside the Galaxy S21 series flagships. The Buds Pro highlights immersive sound, superior call quality, intelligent ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), and enhanced connectivity across your devices.

Surprisingly, the company has recently issued an official comment on complaints from users of Galaxy Buds Pro wireless earbuds about unpleasant symptoms. Some of the Buds Pro owners reported having various issues including the appearance of pus, scabs, blisters, and inflammation.

Following the reports, Samsung countered that the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds have been internationally tested before being marketed and confirmed to be free of harmful substances. At the same time, the company explained that sweat and moisture can cause user-described problems as the earbuds stay in the ears.

Adding to this, Samsung has confirmed the design of the earbuds is the reason behind discomfort and recommended users to regularly clean and disinfect the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds while keeping the ear canal dry.

Besides, the company also noted on the official website that the earbuds contain acrylate and nickel, so people with allergies should avoid wearing them for extended periods.
