After multiple leaks and rumors, the Galaxy A22 5G has recently completed another certification, which shows this model features Bluetooth 5.0 support. After completing this certification, the upcoming cheapest 5G smartphone has arrived one step closer to its official launch.

Aside from this, a recent leak revealed that the Galaxy A22 5G will come with a quad rear camera setup while the 4G variant will have triple rear cameras. These devices will feature a traditional waterdrop notch display, while the 4G variant has slimmer bezels compared to the 5G model.

Previous reports reveal that the Galaxy A22 smartphone will be equipped with a quad rear camera setup, which consists of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor, plus a 13MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A22 5G could be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip and come packed with a 5,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging. Lastly, Samsung has not yet officially disclosed about this device, but it’s expected to be launched in H2 2021, and could be priced around $335 (€279 or INR 24,999).
