Samsung Galaxy F22 appeared on official support page, India launch imminent

A few days back, Samsung unveiled its new A series mid-range devices – Galaxy A22 and Galaxy A22 5G in which the latter could be the cheapest 5G smartphone offering from the brand. However, the company is also preparing to introduce a rebadged version of this device under the Galaxy F lineup in India.

Now, it looks like the launch of the upcoming Galaxy F22 smartphone is just around the corner as it recently appeared on the company’s official support page. The listing revealed that the Galaxy F22 has model number SM-E225F, which will soon be launched in India.

Apart from this, the Samsung India support page didn’t expose any specification or design of this upcoming model. However, the Galaxy F22 had spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification, where the Galaxy A22 and F22 both listed as the same device that supports Bluetooth 5.0 with LE.

As the Galaxy F22 is going to be introduced as a rebranded variant of the Galaxy A22 then it will feature a 6.4-inch Infinity-U AMOLED display with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC supported by 4GB & 6GB RAM.

The Galaxy A22 packs a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. In terms of optics, the comes with a 48MP quad rear camera setup with OIS for steady recording and a 13MP selfie camera. However, it is a 4G smartphone, which also features GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, etc.
