Samsung brings back the Galaxy Z Fold 2 on the official US website

Recently, it is reported that Samsung has officially discontinued the Galaxy Z Fold 2 as it was removed from the official US website. Meanwhile, it looks like the company did a mistake and it has been immediately solved as well.

According to our info, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is now available for purchase again in the US, just a bit after its removal from Samsung e-shop US. However, the company is expected to introduce new foldable phones in near future, the recent move indicated at the imminent launch of Galaxy Z Fold 3.

For those unaware, yesterday, when the users hit the purchase button of the Galaxy Z Fold 2, the website was redirecting them to a notice that prompts – “The Galaxy Fold is no longer available for purchase on Samsung.com, however please take a look at additional options in the Galaxy family”.

Galaxy Z Fold 2 specs

The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is the second generation foldable phone offering from Samsung, which was launched back in August last year. It comes with a 6.2-inch cover and 7.6-inch main display with a massive 120Hz refresh rate along with improved durability compared to the original Galaxy Fold.

Galaxy Z Fold 3 specs [Expected]

Samsung is all set to unveil the next generation Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip in August this year. The company will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 3 as a successor of the Fold 2, which is rumored to feature under display camera, IP rating, Snapdragon 888 Pro SoC, Sony IMX camera system, and much more.
