Samsung Galaxy Tab A (8.4-inch) finally receives Android 11 One UI 3.1 update [Verizon/AT&T]

Verizon and AT&T started releasing a new firmware update to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (8.4″) tablets in the US. The major s/w update includes the latest Android 11 operating system and the One UI version 3.1. As it’s a major update, it brings a number of new features and major system optimizations.

In the US, Galaxy Tab A (8.4″) users can identify this release via PDA build version – T307USQU5CUE7. As of now, the network carriers including Verizon and AT&T are rolling out this major Android upgrade to their branded devices.

Aside from the new features, the new Galaxy Tab A (8.4″) update makes it more secure by installing the latest June 2021 security patch. According to the company, the June patch brings fixes for 47 CVEs from Google and 19 SVEs from Samsung.
