Samsung updates Galaxy A10e with Android 11-based One UI 3.1

Samsung is now rolling out the second and last major software update for the Galaxy A10e smartphone in the US. The update comes with PDA version number A102USQUBCUFC, which includes the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 software system,

Along with the major changes, this Galaxy A10e Android 11 update also installs the July 2021 Android security patch for enhanced system protection. It’s worth mentioning that the device had received the June security update around two weeks ago.

Back in August 2019, the Korean smartphone maker had launched the Galaxy A10e as a low-cost phone. It came with Android 9-based One UI 1.x out of the box and upgraded to the Android 10-based One UI 2.x last year.

Galaxy A10e Android 11 update – What’s new

Released back in September 2020, Google Android 11 version brings major system improvements as well as a number of new user-friendly features including:

  • Better privacy controls
  • Built-in screen recorder
  • Chat Bubbles
  • One time permission for apps
  • Notification history
  • Enhanced 5G connectivity for compatible phones
    • and so on.

On the other hand, Samsung One UI version 3.1 comes with major design changes that are completely different from the previous One UI generations. Aside from UI modification, it also adds new features including:

  • Reimagined Home screen & App drawer
  • Improved Samsung Keyboard
  • Attractive Lock screen
  • Better customization
  • Enhanced system functions
  • Improved Camera performance with focus and exposure settings

Here’s how to check for updates manually:

  • Open device Settings
  • Scroll down and select Software updates
  • Hit on Download and install button.
