Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 to feature entry-level phone like charging capability
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are going to be introduced at the next Unpacked event on August 11, 2021, meanwhile, a well-known tipster revealed that the latter model will feature 15W fast charging support, just like the company’s entry-level smartphones.
According to Samsung insider IceUniverse, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will come with just 15W fast charging support, while it’s also said that Apple is bringing 25W fast charging capability to its upcoming iPhone 13 lineup, which could launch later this year.

Compared to the original Galaxy Z Flip smartphone, the Korean brand’s next clamshell folding phone will feature all the same specs except for the 120Hz screen and the latest processor under the hood. A few days ago, Samsung’s upcoming clamshell-type foldable phone has been spotted on Geekbench, which reveals some important details. As per the listing, the Galaxy Z Flip 3’s US variant bears model number SM-F711U and equips Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 processor. Adding to this, it’s also revealed that the device will come with an 8GB RAM variant as well.

Last week, the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 3 had spotted on China’s TENAA certification that exposed its model number is SM-F7110, which measures 166 x 72.2 x 7.3mm while unfolded condition. The device will be 1.4mm narrower and 1.3mm shorter than the original Galaxy Z Flip smartphone.
Coming to the imaging department, the device will feature two 12MP rear cameras in a new and unique design, a 3,300mAh battery with 15W fast charging, GPS, 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, eSIM, USB Type-C port, and more. The device will launch on August 11 at the next virtual Samsung Unpacked event.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim could be equipped with new camera sensors. The company is allegedly working on a slimmer model of the Galaxy S25 series. It is expected to be announced alongside the Galaxy S25 series event next year.
In a recent development, a rumor allegedly revealed Galaxy S25 Slim camera specifications. The smartphone could feature an upcoming ISOCELL camera with a 200-megapixel resolution along with a newer Telephoto lens.
The S25 Slim could feature a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP5 sensor as the primary camera. In addition, the company may use two 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN5 sensors as an ultrawide camera and a Telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom.

The company has recently announced ALoP camera technology. Sensors made using ALoP occupy less space and width on smartphone camera modules. It is expected that the S25 Slim could be the first model to be equipped with an ALoP camera.
Samsung reportedly wants to drop the S25 Slim along with the S25 series. The phone’s specs and design will likely be finalized this month. It would compete with Apple’s iPhone 17 Air which will replace the Plus variant next year.
Samsung has not yet revealed its plans for the Galaxy S25 Slim. The device could debut in the second quarter of the next year. The camera specs may be changed/altered throughout the development and testing period.
