It’s almost confirmed that Samsung will soon launch a new variant of the Galaxy A52 called the Galaxy A52s in select regions. The device is expected to come with a more powerful processor and a major camera upgrade over its original variant.

Meanwhile, it looks like the upcoming A52s won’t feature the most demanded camera functionality that is a dedicated camera lens for zoom, telephoto. Our folks over at GalaxyClub reported that the Samsung Galaxy A52s will have the same camera specs as the Galaxy A52, which means NO TELEPHOTO LENS!

If we go with the camera details of the Galaxy A52, the Galaxy A52s will also bring a 64MP primary camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera. On the front, the device will feature an impressive 32MP camera for selfies alongside 4K 30fps video recording support.

As per the previous reports, the Galaxy A52s comes with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is packed with Snapdragon 778G processor supported by 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB internal storage.

Just like the A52, the A52s is also rumored to feature stereo speakers for immersive audio quality, an under-display fingerprint scanner, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, Android 11-based One UI 3.1 pre-installed, and more.

However, the Korean tech giant has not yet confirmed the arrival of the Galaxy A52s but it is likely to hit the smartphone market later this month and could be priced around €449 in European markets. Stay tuned with us, we will keep you updated.
