Breaking: Samsung launched S Pen Pro with Bluetooth LE for Air Actions, supports various current Galaxies
At the first Unpacked of this year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 Ultra, which was the first non-Note smartphone with S Pen support. However, the device lacks a dedicated silo for the stylus, and users have to purchase an S Pen compatible case of the S21 Ultra.
At the same event, the Korean tech giant confirmed that it will launch an enhanced version of S Pen in the near future that will come with Bluetooth LE technology in order to enable Air Commands functionality. Do note that the S21 Ultra’s S Pen lacks Bluetooth LE tech and Air Commands.
According to the latest information, Samsung has finally unveiled the upgraded version of the S Pen called S Pen Pro alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3. This new stylus enables Galaxy Z Fold 3 owners for easier use on the foldable panel even without any damage by the nib.

Aside from the Galaxy Z Fold 3, the S Pen Pro is also supported by select current Galaxy devices such as the Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, Galaxy Note 10, and Galaxy Note 10+.
On the other hand, the company has also launched the Galaxy Z Fold 3 compatible stylus called Z Fold S Pen that costs $49.99, at the same time, the S Pen Pro comes in at $99.99.
