Samsung’s Android 12 One UI 4.0 update to enable SoundAssistant in DeX mode

The Galaxy devices run Samsung’s own developed One UI software system on top of Google’s Android 12. Currently, the company is preparing to begin the adoption process of the next major Android OS and a new generation of the One UI i.e. the One UI 4.0.

According to the latest info, the company’s engineer at the Good Lock department confirmed that to review the possibilities of enabling SoundAssistant in DeX mode with the next major Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update.

Apart from this, Samsung Good Lock in charge said that the availability and schedule for these changes can not be revealed as of now. At the same time, the officer denied saying anything on the company’s Android 12 and One UI 4.0 update plan.

As per the previous reports, the Korean tech giant will release the Andriod 12-based One UI 4.0 Beta and Stable first for the Galaxy S21 series in September and December respectively. Later on, the update will be released for the current models such as the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 series.

Android 12 comes with the biggest design change in Android’s history. Starting with the colors to the shape, light, and motion, Google entirely revamped the experience. As result, Android 12 is more expressive, dynamic, and personal than ever before.
