Samsung Galaxy M52 5G completed BIS certification, India launch imminent

The Galaxy M52 5G could be launched in the coming months as a successor to Samsung’s Galaxy M51, which was launched back in 2020. Previously, we saw several leaks regarding the upcoming Galaxy M phone and now as per the latest info, it’s spotted on India’s BIS certification database.

Indian tipster Yash revealed that the upcoming Galaxy M52 5G smartphone has completed the BIS certification bearing model number SM-M526B/DS. Aside from the model number, the listing didn’t disclose any specification or design details but hints at its imminent launch in India.

As per the previous reports, the Galaxy M52 5G will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, just like the rumored Galaxy A52s. In terms of optics, it will feature a 64MP Samsung ISOCELL GW3, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 5MP macro lens, plus a 32MP selfie camera.

Adding to this, the upcoming Galaxy M handset will be available in Europe in three color variants including Black, White, and Blue. However, the Galaxy M51 features a massive 7000mAh battery, its successor would carry a 5000mAh battery cell, which is a noticeable downgrade.
