Samsung growing public safety communications for critical network solution
On August 24, Samsung US announced that it will start supporting the first critical communication response to Samsung’s DNA. As a provider of global solutions for public safety networks, including the Public Safety LTE (PS-LTE) network in South Korea.
Samsung has introduced innovations in networks and devices to deliver the most important applications to first responders. They have also helped community safety organizations gain access to the best communication skills available so that they can respond effectively and stay safe.

Samsung’s latest development in social security technology is a new 3GPP standard based on Land Mobile Radio Interworking Function (LMR-IWF), a solution that enables PS-LTE high-level networks to work with a wide range of legacy LMR networks.

This month, Samsung has kicked off the rollout of the September 2024 security update, beginning with its latest flagship, the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The company is regularly working to extend this update to more devices soon.

Samsung is expanding the September 2024 security update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone in Europe. Users can identify the latest update through One UI build version G781BXXSDHXI1.
The new update installs the latest Android security patch to improve system security and stability. Notably, it fixes several Samsung and Google vulnerabilities to make the device’s performance smoother.
September 2024 patch addresses 1 critical issue and 43 high-level ones for Google. One of these issues was already fixed in earlier updates, and another one doesn’t impact Galaxy devices. Also, Samsung is adding 23 of its fixes to improve security in My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex.
The fresh update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone is already available in India, Canada, Brazil and the US. The company will soon make this update to all models soon.
