Samsung releases August 2021 update for Galaxy A52 5G

Samsung began the August 2021 security update rollout with the Galaxy A52 smartphone and now its 5G variant has also joined the party with the latest security patch. According to the info, the Galaxy A52 5G receiving a new firmware update in Australia with build number – A526BXXS1AUH2.

According to the company, the new Galaxy A52 5G s/w update includes fixes for 38 threats and CVEs from Google and 8 SVEs from Samsung. Moreover, it also brings enhancements to the system applications as well as fixes for some unknown bugs.

Launched back in March 2021, the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52 5G come pre-equipped with the latest One UI 3.1 on top of Android 11. As per the company’s promise, these devices will get three generations of Android OS upgrades, which means up to Android 14.
