According to the tipster, Samsung’s One UI 4 Beta brings new charging animation, which looks more interesting compared to the One UI 3. As you can see in the Tweet below, the One UI 4 Beta’s brand new charging animation features a graphical round cycle alongside the battery percentage in the center.
Apart from this, another tipster @Alvin claimed that the One UI 4 Beta update also comes with a new animation for the Samsung Internet browser, which can be seen while opening or operating activities such as initial start, or opening Settings panel.
It looks like that's the new colouring for One UI 4's system UI.
The new Samsung Internet Beta has this new loading animation following the same colour scheme as the GIF you shared.
Looking forward to see the other changes! I'm really excited. pic.twitter.com/q0MMDASiqL
