US: Samsung Galaxy Note 20 gets September 2021 update with One UI 3.1.1 features

Samsung is now expanding its September 2021 security patch and One UI 3.1.1 features to the Galaxy Note 20 series devices in the US. According to the info, almost all carrier-locked variants such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T getting the latest Android patches alongside One UI 3.1.1.

What’s new with One UI 3.1.1

Launched alongside the Galaxy Z3 series, the One UI 3.1.1 packs a handful of foldable screen-inspired features such as a taskbar, better multitasking, and more. Meanwhile, other Galaxies get animation improvements, enhanced camera, Bedtime Mode toggle, and better system optimization.

What’s new with September patch

Samsung disclosed, earlier this month, that the September 2021 security patch includes fixes for 23 SVEs from the OEM and 46 CVEs from Google for the Galaxy Note 20 series and other eligible Galaxy devices. However, there’s no mention of the Android Auto-related issue.
