Google to expand Heads Up feature with new Digital Wellbeing update soon
Recently, Google published a new video on the official Android YouTube channel, which showcases a new Digital Wellbeing feature, Heads Up, is coming that will make navigating through city streets with a smartphone in your hand a whole lot easier.
According to the report, the upcoming Heads Up feature alerts consumers to look around when they are outside in order to prevent them walk around carelessly. Besides, Digital Wellbeings’ Heads Up will also make an on-screen prompt forcing you to pay attention to your surroundings.
In order to make this type of functionality possible, Google’s taking help of your phone’s gyroscope, proximity sensor and location services to determine the location of an obstacle. Well, it will be interesting to see whether this feature works indoors or not.

As per the info, the search engine giant will offer the Heads Up feature for all the Android-based smartphones with the Digital Wellbeing app soon. Notably, the Pixel smartphone users have received this feature earlier this year, and it looks like Google’s going to expand its availability.
