Samsung expands global sign language counseling service for deaf

Samsung is expanding sign-language counseling services to deaf people in major countries around the world. The company is currently providing sign-language counseling services in 40 countries, including the US, Brazil, UK, France, Russia, Dubai, and Indonesia, and plans to provide assistance to the deaf in more than 50 countries by the end of this year.

Hearing-impaired people can receive real-time sign language counseling from sign language counselors by accessing two-way video calls through the information page on Samsung.com.

In addition, Samsung continues to improve access to product information by supporting sign language in online content that is frequently visited by customers, and expands sign-language counseling services for the deaf, hard of offline users, such as stores and car repair shops.
