Samsung Internet is one of the best Chromium-based Android browsers out there. Somehow, it’s much better than Google Chrome, it offers features like a built-in ad blocker, custom interface, and advanced privacy and security controls.

Recently, Samsung has released a new version of the Samsung Internet beta app, which enhances the browsing experience. Samsung Internet beta v16.0.2.15 gives users the option to move the URL address bar from top to bottom.

Since some of Samsung’s best smartphones have long and narrow displays, they may often need finger exercises to reach the address bar. With this simple switch, users can have a built-in address bar where it will be much easier to access.

Adding to this, Samsung Internet also brings new tab group support. That will allow users who usually have multiple tabs open to organize them into groups for easy access. The feature we saw earlier in Google Chrome.

Last but not least Labs or the test feature of an important HTTPS connection. This is another step from Samsung to improve the privacy controls of its web browser. All of these features are currently only available on Samsung Internet beta. It may take a few weeks before they are released for a stable version.
