Samsung Magician 7.0 update brings new chatbot for quick user support

Samsung has now released the latest version of its consumer SSD management tool, Magician 7.0. In addition to the updated dashboard, the update provides a help center with an intelligent chatbot, advanced benchmark testing, and the option of testing portable SSDs with the same software.

With Magician 7.0, Samsung is bringing the latest version of its management software to the market, making it even easier for users to tailor their storage to their needs. The Seventh Generation Magic supports internal SSDs from Samsung from 840 to the current 980 SSD series and now external SSDs from T5.

New from now on, the software also enables operating benchmarks to determine portable SSDs, as well as factory reset settings and configuration of passwords and fingerprints to protect data. Firmware updates can also be done easily and securely using the management tool.

Clear vision and strong performance

The new dashboard ensures SSD storage and a good view of all data. Compared to the previous version, users will get more details and can check the status of their SSD in real-time even more easily.

The performance improvement process has been updated in a recent update from Magician. At the user’s request, four modes can be set and used. Full power mode enhances SSD performance, energy-saving mode increases power efficiency, and normal mode allows power to be used at a moderate level.
