Microsoft is gradually distributing the major Windows 11 update to compatible PCs and laptops internationally. Aside from radical user interface overhaul, the latest Windows operating system introduces a suitable Android Windows subsystem, which lets users install APKs on their PC or laptops such as Samsung Galaxy Books.

However, this amazing Windows 11 feature is currently limited to select parts of the United States, that’s why the installation of Windows Subsystem for Android (installation Android apps) is a difficult task. At present, ADB and command line are the most mainstream method to install Android applications in Windows 11.

In a recent development, Italian developer, Simone Franco‬, developed a Microsoft Store application that can be easily completed by double-clicking the APK. The name of this app is WSATools that is available on the official Microsoft Store.

  • No need to install ADB and know its commands. WSATools takes care of everything!
  • If you already have the platform-tools package in your path, it will use that one!

To be mentioned, the Amazon App Store currently only provides about 50 Android applications on Windows 11, which is also quite unfriendly to small partners in the United States.

Remember, sideloading installation does not solve the problem of Google Play Services. If you have this requirement, you also need to install the Google Play Store environment on Windows 11.
