New One UI 4.0 update fixes refresh rate issue
On November 15, Verizon rolled out the stable Android 12 update for the Galaxy S21 series devices in the US. However, the update had a severe issue related to the display refresh rate in which the display automatically turns to 60Hz just after the user pulls the finger from the panel.
Now, Verizon started to release a new One UI 4.0 update for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra in the US. The changelog mentions improvements to the system performance and enhancements to the device stability. However, consumers claimed that it fixes the display refresh rate issue.
