WhatsApp will soon let users to react messages

A few months back, we heard that WhatsApp is working on a new feature called message reaction, which allows users to express their feelings through a specific message. Currently, we have seen this new feature on Instagram, Twitter, iMessage, and more.

But now, according to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is planning to soon release a message reactions feature in the application. In the future, this feature will allow you to react to messages like Instagram. Whether it is a group chat or a personal chat, you can respond to the message, everyone can see who replied to the message, just check the response information.

In the screenshot, it looks like all reactions are placed in the first tab named “All”, then WhatsApp groups that respond to messages with specific emojis, and a separate tab in the middle. Although, users will be able to use any of the 6 emojis to react to specific messages.

Earlier, this feature was discovered during the development of the beta version of WhatsApp for iOS. And now, the company starts its development for Android users. Currently, we don’t have any information about the release date of this feature.
