Samsung Canada announced top ten finalists of Solve For Tomorrow Challenge

Samsung Canada, in partnership with Enectus Canada, is excited to announce the top ten finalists in this year’s Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Challenge. Up to $5,000 in Samsung technology grants will be awarded to ten Enoctus student groups to help implement their projects ahead of the Enoctus Canada National Exhibition, which will announce the three winning teams.

Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Challenge uses Enactus powered technology to develop viable solutions to meet specific economic, social, or environmental needs, including education, sustainability, diversity, equality and inclusion, and mental health.

Do It! This year’s finalists were selected from universities across Canada and based on the potential of their projects to make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians.

Top Ten Samsung Solve For Tomorrow Finalists:

  • Project Tax Program, Brandon University
  • True Grit, Durham College
  • Project United, Fleming College
  • Enviroot, Mount Allison University
  • S-Tech, Ontario Tech University
  • InstaSerum, University of Alberta
  • The Urban Farm, University of Ottawa
  • Fraser Valley AgroConnect, University of the Fraser Valley
  • TERRA, University of Toronto
  • Grocery Gap, Nova Scotia Community College

Based on the results of the participating teams’ programs, along with the quality of their final project submissions, all three teams will be selected to receive SFT Grand Prize, Prize Money and additional technology grants to help accelerate their projects.
