Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3/Flip 3 grab stable One UI 4.0 Android 12 update

Surprisingly, Samsung has now released the stable Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldable smartphone users. Initially, the update is available for the consumers in Serbia, however, we are waiting to see a broader update distribution.

Identified via PDA version number F711BXXU2BUKM, the major Android OS 12 software update is gradually expanding to more and more consumers, while limited to Serbia. Undoubtedly, it equips the most up-to-date security patch released in December 2021.

  • Update: The Galaxy Z Fold 3 also received the stable Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update in South Korea, claims FrontTron.

Earlier, the Korean tech giant has launched the One UI 4 Beta program based on Android 12 for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices in several regions. So far, the Beta testers have received three Beta builds, however, the stable update rollout has begun as well.

One UI 4 Features:

  • The major Android 12 update comes with tons of new features for the Samsung Galaxy devices such as a redesigned user interface with revamped icons and Material You theming system.
  • Apart from this, the One UI 4.0 enhances all of the stock apps, adds more lock screen widgets, quick settings toggles to turn off the camera and mic access and more.

If you want to check for the latest update manually, head to your device Settings tap on Software updates and finally hit the Download and install button.
