Samsung explains its Odyssey gaming monitors are ideal for all types of gamers

Samsung is one of the most popular gaming monitor brands worldwide, and in its 2021 Odyssey lineup, it has a wide variety of models. There is something for every type of gamer and budget and the company has published a detailed infographic to recommend the perfect Odyssey gaming monitor for Galaxy users.

The South Korean company’s entry-level gaming monitor is the Odyssey G3. It comes in 24-inch and 27-inch versions and comes with full HD resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It has an ergonomic stand and is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium for tear-free gaming.

The Odyssey G5 comes in flat and curved screen variants with 165Hz refresh rate, G-Sync compatibility, AMD Free Sync Premium and HDR. The flat version has a 27-inch screen, while the curved-screen version comes in 27-inch, 32-inch and 34-inch sizes and a 21: 9 aspect ratio.

Samsung’s Odyssey G7 gaming monitor comes in flat and curved versions. The flat-screen variant has a screen size of 28 inches, while the curved model comes in at 27 inches and 32 inches. This monitor has a 4K resolution, 240Hz refresh rate and DisplayHDR 600 certification.

Samsung’s top-of-the-line gaming monitor is the Odyssey Neo G9. It has a 49-inch mini-LED display, 32: 9 aspect ratio, 5,120 x 1,440-pixel resolution, 2,000 nits brightness, 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. It is compatible with G-Sync and AMD Free Sync Premium Pro.
